Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency of finished products. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role.
