ABOUT FOUTZ MOTORSPORTS
Foutz Motorsports has been making off-road great since 1998. We bring race-proven performance DNA to every product we build. From our Mesa, Arizona facility, we design, fabricate, and CNC-machine premium suspension kits, skid plates, bed racks, light mounts, GPS mounts, and accessories for Ford Raptor (all generations), Bronco, Ranger Raptor, Ford F-150, Ram TRX, Ram RHO, and Toyota Tacoma platforms. Every component we ship—from billet aluminum upper control arms machined in-house to long travel cantilever rear suspension kits—is a direct reflection of our obsession with quality, durability, and off-road performance. We're looking for an experienced CNC machinist who shares that obsession.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The CNC Operator runs and programs our HAAS mills and lathes to produce precision billet components for the Foutz Motorsports product line. You will set up jobs from scratch, hold tight tolerances, and take pride in machining parts that pass QC the first time. This role is for a detail-driven, self-motivated machinist who uses common sense, works clean, and shows up ready to hit production goals every day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set up and run daily CNC jobs on HAAS mill and lathe equipment, including operating multiple machines at the same time
  • Set tools, configure tool offsets, evaluate tool wear and life, and change over work-holding and tooling as needed
  • Check tolerances throughout each run and verify dimensions with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, protractors, tape measure)
  • Perform attentive in-process QC on every part to ensure all product is correct and passes inspection before moving on
  • Meet production deadlines and respond to production metrics in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, consistent with our quality standards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC shop daily operations
  • Hands-on experience with
HAAS CNC
mill and lathe equipment
  • Ability to set up new jobs from scratch and change over work-holding tooling
  • Ability to read blueprints and operate basic measurement tools (calipers, protractor, tape measure, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to zero-defect output
  • Self-starter who follows directions, uses common sense, and works without drama
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to get to work on time every day
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with Fusion 360
  • Experience machining billet aluminum and 17-4 stainless steel components
  • Familiarity with suspension systems, spherical bearings, and high-performance truck platforms (Ford Raptor, Bronco, Ram TRX/RHO, Tacoma)
  • Background in motorsports, off-road, or aerospace machining
  • Experience with production-metrics-driven manufacturing environments
