Our CNC Machine Operators work on high-quality metal components designed in-house. You'll gain experience on mills and lathes, expand your knowledge of G&M-codes and learn setups. Full Time•
Non-exempt:
Monday•Thursday "4/10" schedule with 6am start time Reports to:
Manufacturing Manager Salary Range:
$18•20 based on experience
What You'll Do:
Load, Unload, Start and Stop Machines. Monitor machine progress to maintain production. Perform in-process inspection of manufactured parts. Monitor tool wear and make machine offsets to assure parts are of the proper size as manufactured. Perform daily machine maintenance including maintaining oil and coolant levels. Responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of work area, shop and finishing area. Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED. Good mechanical skills, including experience with work tools such as micrometers, calipers, gage pins, rulers, computers. Familiar with reading technical drawings and understanding specifications. Reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude. Demonstrate good problem solving and analytical skills. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to repetitively lift 30+ pounds. Excellent communication skills and professionalism. Ability to understand and learn company terminology.
