Shift Shift Hours:
Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM
  • 1:30 PM We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join our machining team on 1st shift.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating modern mill-turn CNC lathes in a precision manufacturing environment and be comfortable working independently while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe and mill-turn machines Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings Monitor machine performance and make offsets/tool adjustments as needed Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment Maintain tight tolerances and consistent part quality Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate with supervisors/programmers when needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Previous experience operating CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment is required Experience with modern mill-turn machines such as Doosan Puma lathes or equivalent preferred Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and ability to work independently Familiarity with Fanuc controls is a plus Benefits & Compensation $20
