We are currently hiring an experienced and dependable CNC Machine Operator for a small machine shop in Anaheim The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented machinist who takes pride in precision, maintains a safe work environment, and has a proven track record in a production or job shop setting and is ready to start immediately.

Shift Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:15pm

Job Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor Mazak CNC machines (turning, milling, or multi-axis) in accordance with engineering drawings and work orders. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts; ensure proper fixturing and tooling. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, GD&T specifications, and technical Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges). Make offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality output. Complete production logs, inspection records, and documentation accurately. Follow all safety protocols, including PPE requirements and machine guarding procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC machine operation experience — required. Demonstrated experience operating Mazak CNC machines (Integrex, Quick Turn, VARIAXIS, or similar). Proficiency in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T. Strong understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling, and fixturing. Ability to use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges. Experience making offsets and program edits at the machine control (Mazatrol or equivalent). Knowledge of materials commonly machined (aluminum, steel, stainless, titanium). Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented production environment. Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Immediate openings available hiring ASAP!
