This is an opportunity to produce high-precision components for the aerospace industry within a state-of-the-art facility. Available Shifts & Schedules We are looking for talent across two primary shifts to support our growing production needs: 1st
Shift:

  • Friday | 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
Monday
  • Friday | 2:30 PM
  • 10:30 PM Key Responsibilities As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the machining process:
Setup & Operation:
Expertly set up and operate CNC lathes and turning machines.
Technical Execution:
Interpret complex technical drawings and execute precise machining tasks.
Optimization:
Load programs, select appropriate tooling, and optimize machine settings for maximum efficiency.
Quality Control:
Monitor operations in real-time, make necessary offsets, and conduct rigorous in-process inspections.
Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements Experience:
Proven background as a CNC Lathe Machinist (Aerospace experience is a significant plus).
Technical Skills:
High proficiency with Fanuc controls and a strong command of G-code .
Measurement:
Expert use of precision inspection tools, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Soft Skills:
A detail-oriented troubleshooter who thrives in a deadline-driven, collaborative team environment.
