Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) routers to produce precise and high-quality parts and components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and machine operation will be essential to ensure efficient production workflows. Responsibilities Set up CNC router machines according to technical specifications, blueprints, and production documents Operate CNC routing equipment safely and efficiently to produce accurate parts within specified tolerances Interpret mechanical blueprints, CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings, and technical diagrams to determine machining parameters Program CNC routers using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and adjust settings as needed for optimal performance Conduct dimensional measurements using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part accuracy Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on CNC machinery to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety standards in production environments and maintain a clean, organized workspace Requirements Proven experience operating CNC routing machines or similar manufacturing equipment in a factory setting Strong knowledge of CNC programming, CAM programming, and blueprint reading Familiarity with Fanuc controls or other industrial automation systems Ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately Mechanical knowledge of shop tools, tooling, press brake machines, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, and fabrication processes Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges for quality control Basic math skills including shop math and the ability to interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications Experience with materials handling, packaging, assembly line processes, and tooling management is a plus Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is advantageous Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety standards in manufacturing environments Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to precision manufacturing! $24.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
