E2E Mfg, LLC Are you a skilled CNC Lathe Setup/Operator looking to advance your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Join E2E Mfg, where precision and quality are at the core of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes, including Haas CNC Lathes machines. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Perform machine adjustments to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards. Conduct first article and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime. Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in CNC lathe setup and operation (Haas experience preferred). Strong understanding of G-code programming and machine offsets. Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and other measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
