Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a part-time CNC Mill Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team for 2nd Shift (Swing) 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts that meet strict quality standards. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will drive efficiency and excellence in our fabrication processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to high-quality manufacturing projects in a fast-paced factory environment. Duties Operate CNC milling machines, ensuring accurate and efficient production of machined components Set up machines by installing tooling, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications Conduct routine inspections with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges to verify dimensions Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal machine performance Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols Experience Proven experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing or factory setting Strong understanding of CNC programming languages such as Fanuc or similar control systems Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software like SolidWorks for part design review Mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills in machining, tooling setup, welding, and fabrication processes Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators accurately Warehouse experience or familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts is a plus Your expertise will help us produce high-quality components efficiently while fostering a safe and innovative work environment.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
