  • 10:00pm Corsair is an Essential Manufacture with Department of Defense contract awards for MIL-DTL connectors.
Seeking qualified candidates for CNC Setup Operator (Star / Mazak).
Job Functions:
Set up and operate machines in accordance with prints, written instructions, and design specifications. Highly efficient to complete jobs on time to meet our customer and quality requirements in an AS9100 environment. Demonstrate commitment to work with other machinists and management assisting or training other employees as required.
Requirements:
Complete set-ups independently Proficient utilizing measuring tools to include micrometer, calipers, depth gauges, fixed gages, go-no-go gages, and templates. Able to set up and use jigs, fixtures(collets), arbors, mandrels, centers, clamps. Strong math skills required to compute radii, bolt circles and other dimensions. Follow procedures and reporting requirements Complies with all Safety and company policies in place.

    Standing for long periods Reaching, bending, fine hand manipulation Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, depth of perception and the ability to adjust focus. English Language required
