The Role Setup & Operation:
Perform full setups and oversee the operation of CNC Swiss Screw machines .Technical Mastery:
Read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.Precision Inspection:
Expertly use micrometers and calipers to ensure all parts meet strict aerospace tolerances.Process Maintenance:
Monitor tool wear, perform necessary offsets, and manage guide bushing adjustments to ensure part consistency.What We're Looking For Swiss Experience:
Proven track record specifically with CNC Swiss Screw technology.Independence:
Ability to take a job from a blueprint through a complete setup to a finished first-article part.Detail-Oriented:
