  • Full-time Coneybeare has officially partnered with an aerospace manufacturing machine shop that is currently seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Screw Machinist .
We are looking for a precision-focused professional who can operate and perform setups on Swiss Screw machines (Tsugami / Citizen / Star). This is a long-term opportunity for a machinist who takes pride in their craft and is looking to become a foundational part of a steady production team.
The Role Setup & Operation:
Perform full setups and oversee the operation of CNC Swiss Screw machines .
Technical Mastery:
Read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
Precision Inspection:
Expertly use micrometers and calipers to ensure all parts meet strict aerospace tolerances.
Process Maintenance:
Monitor tool wear, perform necessary offsets, and manage guide bushing adjustments to ensure part consistency.
What We're Looking For Swiss Experience:
Proven track record specifically with CNC Swiss Screw technology.
Independence:
Ability to take a job from a blueprint through a complete setup to a finished first-article part.
