$24-27/Hr D.O.E. Ruffstuff Specialties manufactures offroad fabrication parts for the DIY offroad community. We are looking for a machine operator who understands a production environment, has a positive attitude, and a professional image. Must be a team player with an ability to multitask, communicate efficiently, and take initiative.

Skill Requirements:

Operation of

HAAS CNC

Turning Centers with ability to adjust tooling wear offsets and maintain part tolerances. Familiar with measuring tools such as calipers, depth gauges, and tape measure. Accustomed to manual knee mill, manual lathe, cold saw, and tapping machines Maintains shop cleanliness and organization Always represent the company in a professional, helpful, and friendly manner Cooperates with management and coworkers Follows company policies and procedures Maintains excellent attendance and punctuality Works well and independently and with others in a group setting Job description/Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operation of 3 axis HAAS Turning Centers to produce off-road parts Preventative maintenance on machines and equipment Identifies and relates repair needs to maintenance/supervisor Deburring sharp edges on materials Drill press operation Angle grinder operation Uses industrial chemicals & materials for cleaning and processing parts Operates all equipment and machinery Performs all activities according to established safety standards Communicates accurate information Strives to increase personal productivity Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Stands and move for 8 hour work shift Ability to lift 50lbs

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent Mathematical skills: basic math
