Onsite Oceanside Responsibilities:
Set-up jobs to meet production schedules. Assure job set-up has the ability to meet quality requirements by producing acceptable first article run. Run special tasks as assigned by the Foreman. Make unassisted machine adjustments or offsets.
Qualifications:
ideal candidate 3+ years experience in a job shop environment with set-up experience. Formal education or trade school desirable, although can substitute job shop experience for formal education. Fanuc, Celos, G-code, Mastercam, (editors- CIMCO or VS code) Physical requirements: Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Duties:
Create fixtures Speed-up jobs (Make adjustments to programs) Assist with machine break down & repair (troubleshoot) Communicate with production manager & scheduling for planning Operate machines Assist with QC duties as needed- Create check sheets Assist with new set-up personnel (shadow, suggest & Improve) Monitor when new tooling is used to ensure proper speeds & feeds are being used. When something is broken, follow through with repair to completion, if you can't fix it find an alternative (purchase new item or get outside repair)
Pay:
$27.00 - $32.00 per hour
