Full Job Description Pay Rate:
$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM-2:45 AM Job Description We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team on the second shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC milling machines, reading blueprints, and inspecting machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts. Load and unload materials and components into machines. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor operating issues. Maintain accurate production records and meet production goals. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications Previous experience operating CNC milling machines required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required. Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled second shift.
