Summary:

Seeking CNC Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to perform installation, diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance on automated industrial machinery.

Requirements:

Experience with CNC Mill and/or Lathe High School Diploma or GED 2 to 7+ years of hands-on industrial or electro-mechanical maintenance experience with CNC machine tools Familiarity with major CNC controller brands (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Haas, Okuma, Heidenhain) Ability to interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, hydraulic/pneumatic circuit diagrams, and mechanical assembly blueprints Skilled in using digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, precision levels, micrometers, diagnostic software Ability to lift over 30 pounds

Preferred Skills:

Extensive setup or maintenance experience on CNC equipment

Responsibilities:

Install and perform preventive maintenance on automated industrial machinery Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic issues on mills, lathes Troubleshoot CNC control issues on multi-axis machining centers #

GRPA Pay:
