Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of machining processes including plastics injection molding when applicable. Familiarity with electrical discharge machining (EDM), welding techniques, power tools, hand tools, and tooling management. Ability to use precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines accurately. Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings. Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc or similar systems is highly desirable. Physical ability to stand for extended periods; capable of lifting heavy materials safely; comfortable operating forklifts if certified. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; excellent communication skills for collaborating within a team environment. Join us in driving innovation through precision manufacturing!
