$23-25/hour About the Opportunity We are hiring a Machine Operator for a growing high-tech manufacturing operation in the San Jose / Santa Clara area. Duties Operate CNC and production machinery to meet daily manufacturing goals Load fixtures, perform setups, and adjust processes as needed Inspect parts under a microscope to ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately Monitor machine performance and report maintenance or repair needs Maintain a clean and safe production environment (OSHA compliant) Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines Follow documented procedures and quality standards at all times Requirements 1-3 years of experience as a Machine Operator (CNC, semiconductor, or manufacturing preferred) Mechanical aptitude and experience with machine setup and adjustments Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools (microscope experience a plus) Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed Team-oriented with strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. #2351li
