$23-25/hour About the Opportunity We are hiring a Machine Operator for a growing high-tech manufacturing operation in the San Jose / Santa Clara area. This 2nd shift position is ideal for candidates with experience in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, or semiconductor/medical device environments. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced production equipment, strong career growth potential, and the opportunity to work in one of Silicon Valley's leading manufacturing hubs. Duties Operate CNC and production machinery to meet daily manufacturing goals Load fixtures, perform setups, and adjust processes as needed Inspect parts under a microscope to ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately Monitor machine performance and report maintenance or repair needs Maintain a clean and safe production environment (OSHA compliant) Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines Follow documented procedures and quality standards at all times Requirements 1-3 years of experience as a Machine Operator (CNC, semiconductor, or manufacturing preferred) Mechanical aptitude and experience with machine setup and adjustments Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools (microscope experience a plus) Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed Team-oriented with strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. #2351li
