CNC Machine Operator

CNC Machine Operator We are seeking a Day Shift ( M-F, full-time) CNC machine operator who is capable of running and inspecting production levels of parts on both CNC mills and lathes.

Position Available:

CNC Machine Operator - CNC Lathes, CNC Mills The ideal candidate will have:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• >6 months experience running CNC machines
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Read and understand mechanical prints
• Background in assembly, manufacturing, or other mechanical environments
• Understanding of measuring tools and graduations of thousandths or ten-thousandths
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Interest in machine maintenance and repair
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• A great personality and willingness to learn
• Strong quality focus and excellent work ethic
• Able to lift up to 50-70 lbs as needed This position operates CNC and manual machines, performs preventative maintenance tasks, uses proper inspection processes, deburrs parts by both hand and vibratory methods.

Days of work for this position are Monday through Friday, start and end time have some flexibility.

Starting wage:

$22+/hour DOE Paid holidays, accrue PTO from day 1, Retirement savings with matching, and Medical/dental benefits offered with employer contribution!
