$23•$28 per hour (Contract to Hire) About the Company A leading manufacturer of custom-engineered electrical power distribution solutions is seeking a CNC Punch Operator to join its production team. The organization specializes in high-quality, low and medium voltage systems used across critical industries including utilities, energy, transportation, data centers, and industrial construction. Job Summary The CNC Punch Operator will operate TRUMPF punch equipment to fabricate sheet metal components ranging from 18ga to 11ga. This role supports production teams by producing precision parts, setups, and templates used in downstream assembly and manufacturing processes. The operator is responsible for maintaining tooling, ensuring quality standards, and accurately documenting production output. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC punch equipment to cut sheet metal components Set up, adjust, and maintain tooling based on job requirements Interpret work orders, CAD/CAM files, blueprints, and technical drawings Maintain quality standards for gauge, finish, and dimensional accuracy Perform routine tool maintenance including sharpening and adjustments Enter production data and completed quantities into company systems Label, organize, and prepare finished parts for next-stage processing Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing protocols Perform additional fabrication duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience operating sheet metal punch presses or similar CNC equipment Ability to read and interpret prints, diagrams, and technical specifications Strong shop math and measurement skills High attention to detail and quality standards Preferred Qualifications Technical school certification or formal machining training Benefits (Once hired with client) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Health savings and flexible spending options Life and disability insurance Annual bonus eligibility Additional employee wellness and support programs Schedule Night Shift (schedule details provided during interview process) How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their resume for immediate consideration. #PEG1
