Assistant CNC Operator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the operation of CNC machinery and digital fabrication equipment Ensure accuracy and quality of fabricated parts through careful attention to detail Work closely with the team to maintain efficient production workflows Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Continuously learn new skills and technologies related to digital fabrication

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations by all employees

Assure all decks are checked and identified properly

Productivity:

Maintain utilization specified by supervisor and/or lead

Coordinates:

Communicate with other operators on any issues or shortages to supervisor or lead Team player and willing to work closely with others

Dexterity:

Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Reasoning Ability Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills. Other Skills Forklift license or must be able to pass forklift test to be certified by PlayCore.
