Pay Rate:
$34-$40/hour (Depending on Experience)Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 1st Shift |Full-Time Duties:
The CNC Specialist is responsible for programming, setting up, and running CNC milling machines to build precision components for one-of-a-kind injection molds. Unlike production shops, this role involves complete ownership of programming, setup, operation, and inspection.Responsibilities:
Program toolpaths using Cimatron software (not Mastercam ). Set up and operate Mikron machines with Heidenhain controls. Use shrink fit tooling for precision machining. Produce graphite electrodes and tool steel components to tolerances of .0002". Inspect completed parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and CMMs. Collaborate with engineers and toolmakers to support turnkey mold builds.Qualifications:
3+ years of CNC programming and machining experience. Proficiency with Cimatron software required. Experience with Mikron CNC machines and Heidenhain controls strongly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.Benefits:
