$35.58 per hour

CNC Machine Operator Requirements:
Built for Precision High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training in CNC machining is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator. Proven experience as a CNC Milling Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of milling machine setup, operation, and programming. Knowledge of tool selection, speeds, and feeds for various materials. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for data entry and machine programming. Your Everyday Hustle Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize machining processes. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation.
