As a key contributor to our manufacturing process, you will ensure that all parts meet strict quality standards while maintaining efficient production flow. We are committed to fostering a safe, innovative, and collaborative environment that values your skills and dedication. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precise parts according to technical specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to ensure accurate fabrication. Program CNC machines using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and adjust parameters for optimal performance. Perform routine inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Conduct regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure consistent operation. Handle materials safely within the manufacturing facility, including materials handling and fabrication processes. Maintain detailed documentation of production activities, machine settings, and quality checks for compliance and continuous improvement. Skills Proficiency in CNC programming and operation and related equipment. Experience with CNC control systems. Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret specifications. Skilled in using Mozaik and V-Carve for part design review and tooling setup. CAD software is a plus. Familiarity with programming for toolpath generation and machine optimization. Mechanical knowledge of fabrication tools for cabinet making. Ability to use precision measuring instrumentsfor quality assurance. Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment with a focus on quality control standards.
