You will be trained to operate, set-up, and program high-tech CNC machines.

Training will include learning:

to operate CNC machines to produce precision metal parts mainly for the aerospace industry to use various inspection tools to read and interpret drawings/blueprints to execute process control plans to set-up machines with proper program and tooling to make tooling offsets to compensate for wear to select tooling, speeds and feeds appropriate to a part's dimensional tolerances and raw material

Experience Prerequisites :

Candidates with previous experience in an AS9100 environment are highly preferred but we will train candidates with demonstrated aptitude. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills :

We are looking for candidates with excellent computer, math, and spatial visualization skills, and excellent mechanical aptitude. High school graduates with these core skills and college graduates in the fields of computer programming, game programming, mechanical engineering, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Candidates may be required to complete aptitude tests and/or demonstrate skills.

BACKGROUND CHECKS

This position requires working with items that are export-controlled under ITAR or EAR.
