Job Description

Rockville Technology, LLC. is a family owned, fast-paced machining services and fabrication company focused on creation nonferrous machine parts primarily for the US Aerospace and Defense Industry. We're looking to bring on a CNC Operator at our location in Vernon, CT. 1ST
AND 2ND SHIFT AVAILABLE

The Position:
In this role, the CNC Machinist is expected to: Set-up and operate multi-axis machines Work with blueprints, operation sheets, and other instructions Load material, deburr and inspect parts for conformance to print requirements Communicate with supervisor, engineers, quality and other shop personnel to resolve machining or quality issues Perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment Maintain an organized, clean and safe working environment
About You:
Minimum of 2 years of experience Must be able to setup, optimize feed & speeds, operate and troubleshoot Familiarity with Fanuc controls Experience utilizing standard gauges and inspection techniques including documentation Experience selecting, setting and changing tools Experience with inspection documentation is a plus Experience in manufacturing aerospace threaded components and/or other close tolerance parts is a plus Above all, you have an excellent work ethic and can-do attitude and take pride in the quality of your work and the impact you have within a company IND1
