MUST HAVES

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer functions for data entry purposes. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Must be able to work overtime. Interprets blueprints or mill cards to determine product specifications, including dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions. Executes all powder operations required for ESC parts production, which includes blending, reducing, grinding, and screening of powders. Utilizes soak and batch furnaces as necessary to facilitate production processes. Conducts rolling, shearing, and saw cutting operations as part of the manufacturing process.
