We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist on multiple shifts to produce high-quality parts using aluminum, plastics, and stainless steel. You'll be working with Okuma CNC lathes equipped with sub-spindles, live tooling, and bar feeders. Monday-Thursday ( 4 day work week) 1st shift: 5:00am-3:30pm 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM (We are also hiring for our 1st shift weekend schedule, totaling 36 hours. However, you will be compensated for a full 40 hours. The shift runs Friday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30PM. If you prefer this schedule just let us know!)

Compensation:

Starting range $27.00/hr - $30.00/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Performs multiple CNC lathe setups and changeovers throughout the shift to support varying production runs and job requirements Adjust offsets and make program adjustments to maintain tolerances Perform in-process inspections using calipers and micrometers Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications Apply shop math to verify part accuracy Conduct routine machine maintenance (cleaning, coolant upkeep) Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records Follow all safety procedures and best practices

Requirements:
