Job Description

CNC Machine Operator Pay:
$23-25/hr.
Shift:
Mon-Fri (6am to 4:30pm) with optional
Saturday OT Job Description:
The CNC Machine Operator will have experience with one or more of the following: Kinetic Plasma table, Peddinghaus Saw/Drill line, Peddinghaus Angle Master, Ficep Beamline. This position also requires experience with overhead cranes, detailed part marking, and manual lifting of 50lbs regularly.
Requirements:
Ability to interpret blueprints, symbols and notes is preferred Must be able to read a tape measure to within 1/16" Ability to perform basic math Ability to stand for a prolonged period Ability to tolerate hot and cold working environments Ability to safely operator overhead cranes and the material transfer/convey system Tekla PowerFab experience preferred
Job Duties:
Measure materials to assure conformance with design specifications Select correct material type, stock size and dimensions Transfer appropriate data onto materials Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area Keep an accurate record of daily operations and material usage Perform routine preventative maintenance and assist in trouble shooting any machine issues
