You are the first critical step in the production process-your accuracy and attention to detail lay the foundation for quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. How you will make a difference

Your attention to detail ensures that every piece is cut to the correct dimensions, reducing waste and rework.
Operational Excellence:
By monitoring machine performance and making timely adjustments, you prevent costly downtime and maintain production flow.
Safety & Reliability:
Your vigilance in clamping materials securely and replacing worn blades keeps the workplace safe and the equipment reliable.
Data Integrity:
Your documentation of heat treat information supports traceability and quality assurance across the production lifecycle.
Team Contribution:
Your role feeds directly into the success of downstream operations - machinists, assemblers, and quality inspectors rely on your precision. What you should be good at
Basic Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED; some hands-on experience or training preferred.
Machine Operation:
Ability to operate CNC saws and possibly overhead gantry cranes.
Math Skills:
Confident with basic arithmetic and unit conversions (English Metric).
English Proficiency:
Able to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
Problem Solving:
Use common sense to follow instructions and troubleshoot simple issues.
Computer Skills:
