We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Fabrication Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision equipment and takes pride in producing high-quality parts and components. The right candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, press brakes, CNC routers, and laser cutters in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts to specification Operate press brake equipment for bending and forming metal components Run CNC routers and laser cutters for a variety of materials and applications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Perform basic machine programming, adjustments, and tool changes Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency Follow all safety procedures and company guidelinesQualifications:
Experience operating CNC machines, press brakes, routers, and/or laser cutters Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Preferred (but not required): Experience with CAD/CAM software Knowledge of G-code programming Background in metal fabrication or woodworking Forklift certificationWhat We Offer:
