Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Breton CNC machinery, including CNC milling machines(NC300's), CNC Saw Jet (Combicut). This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to read shop drawings. The CNC Operator will be responsible for working in conjunction with our current CNC operator and assisting with setting up, programming, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce precise countertops efficiently and accurately. Experience with Breton software is highly desirable but not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in manufacturing, machining, or fabrication to advance their careers within a technologically advanced facility and family like work environment while living in paradise. Duties Set up and operate CNC machines Program CNC equipment using CAM software and interpret shop drawings Utilize tools such as calipers, to ensure parts meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery to minimize downtime Handle materials and tooling safely Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure specifications are met Collaborate with team members for efficient production flow
