Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing millwork team. Your expertise will ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, contributing to the production of quality products that meet strict specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machining equipment and cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Use technical drawings and blueprints to compute design renderings into the Mozaik software Program CNC equipment utilizing CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and G-code to produce precise parts. Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD models to ensure accurate fabrication. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot issues promptly, and adjust tooling or parameters as needed for optimal performance. Use precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; assist with fabrication, assembly line tasks, or packaging when required. Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine settings, and quality control checks to support continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or stamping presses. Cabinetry assembly Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining, fabrication, welding, or tooling setup. Prior warehouse experience involving materials handling, packaging, or assembly line work is a plus. Join our team if you're passionate about manufacturing excellence! $24.18 - $29.12 per hour
