We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing and fabrication environment. Pay is $23.00 per hour. Work schedule is Monday through Friday. Must have previous CNC operating experience, specifically with a 100-ton press brake and plasma cutting table. Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precision metal components according to specifications. Operate a 100-ton press brake to bend and form metal materials accurately. Operate a CNC plasma cutting table to cut metal parts according to programmed designs and measurements. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production. Perform machine setups, tooling adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as needed. Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy. Perform routine preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns. Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while meeting production deadlines. Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Previous hands-on experience with both CNC press brakes and plasma cutting tables is required.
