Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CCM (Computerized Control Machine) Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various automated machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Your expertise will help us uphold the highest standards of quality and precision in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about manufacturing excellence, ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment that values innovation and teamwork. Duties Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC programming tools to produce precision components. Set up and calibrate machinery including Fanuc controls, press brake machines, stamping presses, and flexo presses for optimal performance. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to ensure accurate fabrication. Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Handle materials safely using forklifts and materials handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Support fabrication, assembly line operations, packaging, and materials handling activities as needed to meet production goals. Skills Proficiency with Fanuc controls and CNC programming for machining operations. Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation processes. Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks for design interpretation and modifications. Familiarity with CAM programming for toolpath generation and machining efficiency. Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply GD&T principles for quality assurance. Mechanical knowledge of manufacturing equipment including stamping presses, press brake machines, CNC mills, lathes, welding tools, and fabrication techniques. Skilled in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Factory experience within a manufacturing facility environment emphasizing quality control and safety standards. Warehouse experience related to materials handling and inventory management. $52,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
