Must have the following in order to apply: High School Diploma or equivalent Three (3) years of experience CNC lathe and mill skills, Trained in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Proficient in blueprint reading Knowledge of speeds and feeds, 2D & 3D toolpaths Knowledge of inserts and tooling use, and know when tooling is going bad in a process Knowledge and experience in programming for CNC lathes/mills and able to verify their accuracy Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred schooling in trade with completion certificates.
Required Screenings:
Drug Testing/Screening; Background Checks; Drug Free Workplace.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Set up CNC lathes or mills per work instructions provided for the job. Create or Edit Programs, adjust offsets and modify cutting paths on NC programs if needed with approval. Perform in-process inspections during production as required by Quality. Follow process flow, daily quantities reporting, fill up travelers with process or tool changes if any and complete inspection. Perform maintenance on own equipment, change coolant oil, grease chucks etc. Identify issues, participate in continuous improvement for efficient system, monitor changes, clean up and return tooling and fixtures after job completion. Edit programs to produce prototype parts for Aerospace, Military and multi diverse industries

Days & Hours:
Full Time position; Day shift; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday; 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
Pay:
$19.00 to $27.00 per hour; Depends on experience; Benefits are offered.
