CNC Machine Operator Riviera Beach, FL 33407 Full-time Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be familiar in operating CNC machinery and the industry. This role is critical in ensuring the production of high-quality components while adhering to strict specifications and timelines. Our ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment. Duties Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge/willing to learn CAD software for programming and modifying CNC machines as needed. Perform setup, calibration, and maintenance of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Use precision measuring instruments, including bore gauges, to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products. Assemble components as required, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process. Collaborate with superiors to understand project requirements and provide feedback on design improvements. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Some knowledge of CAD software for design and programming purposes. Fusion 360/ Mastercam experience (Optional) Familiarity with various precision measuring instruments to ensure product quality. (Optional) Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot machining issues effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members across departments.
