You will be responsible for ensuring that all parts meet rigorous quality standards while optimizing machine performance to drive manufacturing efficiency. Responsibilities Execute complex machining operations on various metals, ensuring all parts adhere to strict engineering tolerances. Perform precise machine setups and make necessary tooling adjustments to maintain consistent output quality. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3+ years of professional experience in CNC machining. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measurement techniques. Demonstrated ability to operate and monitor multiple machines simultaneously. Preferred Skills Associate's degree or technical certification in Tooling & Machining. Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Familiarity with root cause analysis methods such as 5 Why. Basic knowledge of CNC machine troubleshooting and repair.
