Summary We are seeking 2nd Shift (2:00PM to 11:00PM) Machine Operator to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and contributing to our commitment to quality and precision. Responsibilities Operate and monitor various machines. Operate machine once trained with little to no help Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Conduct quality control checks on finished products. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist in troubleshooting machine issues as they arise. Document production data accurately for reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical capability Familiarity with CNC machinery and operation a plus Basic understanding of quality control processes. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
