Job Description

Description Template:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Set-Up Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on setup and adjustment role focused on CNC forming equipment . The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC setup, including the ability to load existing programs, make minor adjustments, and fine-tune machine settings to ensure parts run accurately to specification . You will be working with machines that form, bend, and cut wire into highly intricate shapes based on engineered designs — not traditional machining or milling. You must have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to understand machine function, and the judgment to recognize when adjustments are needed to maintain quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities (Refined) Set up CNC wire forming machines and prepare jobs for production Load and review existing programs (not write programs from scratch) Make minor program adjustments and machine corrections as needed to keep parts in spec Monitor production runs and verify dimensional accuracy Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications Adjust tooling, feeds, and machine parameters during setup and production Perform first-piece inspection and ongoing quality checks Maintain safe, consistent, and efficient machine operation
Pay:
$18.50 - $24.50 per hour
