We are hiring for a CNC Set-Up Operator for 2nd shift in Flowery Branch.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 3pm- 11pm Must be flexible work on Weekends as needed.

Base pay:

$18.50/hr Plus 2nd shift Differential $1.00

• Performs CNC machine set-up and adjustments
• Write/edit CNC bending programs based on blueprints and engineering data.
• Complete required preventative maintenance of CNC machines.
• Diagnose / troubleshoot issues with equipment and/or product.
• Ensure programs are running at designated cycle times.
• Perform quality inspections of products produced by the CNC machines.
• Perform work of Packer when assigned (back-up absence/vacation, no set-ups scheduled, or no maintenance is required).
• Maintain a clean work area according to 5S
• Ability to achieve and maintain (minimum) level B of the Training Matrix. If level C achieved, train others, as assigned.
• Cross training: Individuals who become cross trained in other functions must assist as required. Act as backup at times of absence or vacation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.
