• CNC Mazak Operator

• Overview:

• Join our team as a CNC Operator and play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

• Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC (MAZAK,FANUC)machines , lathes, milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
• Collaborate with supervisor on project inspections and due dates
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of parts
• Perform quality control checks to maintain high standards of production
• Assemble components using hand tools or power tools
• Utilize logic controllers to input program codes for machining operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

• Experience:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
• Proficiency in operating forklifts for material handling
• Knowledge of mechanical processes and techniques
• Familiarity with CNC programming and setup.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation

• Skills:

• Forklift operation
• Lathe operation
• Assembly skills
• Knowledge of logic controllers
• Proficiency with milling machines
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (dial calipers, tape measures, protractors, micrometers, etc)
• Mechanical knowledge
