CNC Operator Automation Personnel Services is hiring a CNC Operator for a manufacturing company in Lawrenceville, GA . Pay Rate $20.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CNC Operator Duties and Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes and mills for production runs. Perform in-process inspections of manufactured components and complete quality documentation. Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established maintenance plans and operating procedures. Prioritize workflow through effective communication with management. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Perform other related duties as assigned. CNC Operator Qualifications and Requirements Previous CNC machining or machine operating experience preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, production documents, and safety procedures. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including fractions and decimals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands throughout the shift. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
