Mid-size wide format printing company is seeking a full-time employee to work running wide-format CNC routers and a laser in a clean and professional environment. Typical daily tasks include operating and maintaining CNC and non-CNC equipment, handling raw materials, work-in-progress and finished pieces, and working with the digital pre-flight and sales department to ensure all customer expectations are met. New hires will be expected to familiarize themselves with all aspects of our manufacturing operation, including shipping and receiving, hardware and inventory management, fabrication and preparation of accessories, general clean up and maintenance, and other related duties.
Qualifications:
Reliable, productive, and able to work continuously in a shop environment. Comfortable with and capable of using small and medium power and hand tools such as table saws, drills, screw guns, miter saws, chop saws, routers, hand held saws, utility knives, mallets, etc. Able to learn concepts and get up to speed quickly. Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow through on tasks without reminders. Able to work efficiently and manage time effectively. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and be standing and active all day. Someone who values learning and continuous improvement, who wants to make positive contributions to a common effort. Previous woodworking or fabrication experience preferred. Prior experience with Multicam CNC Routers, Kongsberg CNC Routers, or Kern Laser HSE systems is a plus.
