CNC Machine Operator I The CNC Machine Operator plays a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring the precise setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC Mills, Lathes, Routers, and manual mills. This person s high attention to detail and dedication to maintaining quality standards will be instrumental in producing accurate and high-quality products. By ensuring that each machine functions optimally and each part is flawlessly crafted, this role serves as a symbol of our commitment to a positive customer experience.

Follow standard operating procedure for set up and operation of CNC Mills, Lathes, Router, manual mills and other CNC equipment as needed. Follow proper procedures for checking part dimensions using tools such as calipers, gage pins, and micrometer to ensure quality adherence to part tolerances. Ability to read blueprints and product drawings to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
