CNC Machine Operator/Grinding

Grinding Machine Operator Pay:

$17-$21/hr (Entry level to 2 years experience; negotiable for setup/programming )

Shift:

1st Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM preferred) or 2nd Shift (8:00 AM-4:30 PM)

Our client is a leader in precision grinding and honing, serving the hydraulic, aerospace, medical, and automotive industries. They are growing and looking for CNC / Grinder Machine Operators to join their team.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC and/or manual ID grinding machines Monitor operations and make adjustments to maintain quality Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications Work with leads and quality teams to meet production goals Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent CNC/ID grinding experience or entry-level candidates with a manufacturing background Ability to read basic drawings and use measuring tools/gages Basic math skills and strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods
