Qualifications and Experience:

Valid certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT CT or equivalent). Active, unencumbered state radiologic technologist license. Demonstrated proficiency with CT equipment and imaging protocols. Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient protection measures. Proven ability to interact compassionately with diverse patient populations. Attention to detail with a commitment to clinical accuracy. Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare imaging department preferred.

Responsibilities:

Perform CT examinations as ordered, ensuring adherence to physician protocols. Prepare patients for imaging procedures, clearly explaining steps and addressing concerns. Operate CT scanners, adjust technical factors, and monitor the safety and comfort of all patients during procedures. Accurately document imaging findings and maintain comprehensive patient records. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for optimal diagnostic outcomes. Uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards for imaging equipment. Implement infection control and safety guidelines at all times.
