Key Responsibilities:
Review engineering drawings and identify potential machining or production issues Learn to program CNC machining operations using MasterCam CAD/CAM software Set up and operate
HAAS CNC
machines to manufacture precision parts to print specifications Adjust feeds, speeds, tooling, and machine settings for optimal performance Change and maintain cutting tools while monitoring tool wear and machining quality Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools Troubleshoot and resolve basic CNC machine and equipment issues Perform manual machining operations and secondary processes including drilling, tapping, and deburring
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines 1+ years of experience using MasterCam Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
