Job Description

Manteno, IL | $16.75•19.05/hr | Full-Time | 1st Shift Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring experienced Turret Operators / CNC Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL.
Pay:
$16.75•19.05 per hour
Pay Frequency:
Weekly Shift:
1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM•4:00
PM What You'll Do:
Load and unload raw materials and finished products Set up and operate CNC turret press machines and related equipment Select, install, and set up the appropriate punches and dies for production runs Program machines according to specific part requirements and production schedules Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For:
Previous Turret Press or CNC machine operating experience preferred Knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, and machine operations Experience selecting, setting up, and installing punches and dies Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
