Hire Summary:
Operate and set up CNC milling and turning machines in a small shop environment. This role is ideal for a CNC Operator with foundational experience who is looking to expand their skill set beyond the machine and grow within a versatile operation.
Responsibilities:
Operate and perform basic setups on CNC mills and lathes, primarily Haas equipment Load programs, change tooling, and make offsets as needed to meet print specifications Inspect parts using basic measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met Assist with additional shop functions as needed, such as secondary operations or basic maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
Qualifications:
1-3 years of CNC operating or setup experience preferred Experience with Haas mills and/or lathes is a strong plus Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Interest in learning additional shop skills beyond CNC machining Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a small team environment
