CNC Lathe Operator East Peoria 1st Shift $24 Responsibilities or job duties: Set up and operate CNC and/or manual mills and lathes according to production specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine machining requirements Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency throughout production Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools Make necessary adjustments to machine settings, tools, or offsets to maintain part tolerances Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines and equipment Inspect finished parts for defects and verify they meet quality and dimensional standards Maintain documentation of production runs, quality checks, and completed work Follow all safety guidelines, shop procedures, and company policies Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals Troubleshoot equipment issues and report mechanical concerns when needed To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
